Mr. Rosen has the overall design
responsibility for every RJA project. He has extensive
experience in building design and renovation; academic,
residential, and retail facilities; corporate interiors,
master planning, and zoning and feasibility studies.
Among the large-scale projects
completed by the firm are the master plan and design
for upgrades of an
80-acre residential complex in New York City, the renovation
and conversion of Trinity Real Estate's
One Hudson Square in Manhattan from light industrial
to Class A office use, conversion of the former Exxon
headquarters in Midtown to multi-tenant occupancy,
and the repositioning of mid- and high-rise buildings
in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Washington D.C. The firm's commercial interiors include facilities for the New York Foundation, Mitsui Fudosan, the Rockefeller Group Development Corporation and Chase Bank.
Mr. Rosen is an acknowledged
leader in his profession, winning critical acclaim,
national and international awards and, most telling,
a repeat clientele. He is often called upon to comment
on market conditions and on opportunities for owners
to add value to individual buildings.
