Mr. Rosen has the overall design responsibility for every RJA project. He has extensive experience in building design and renovation; academic, residential, and retail facilities; corporate interiors, master planning, and zoning and feasibility studies.

Among the large-scale projects completed by the firm are the master plan and design for upgrades of an
80-acre residential complex in New York City, the renovation and conversion of Trinity Real Estate's
One Hudson Square in Manhattan from light industrial
to Class A office use, conversion of the former Exxon headquarters in Midtown to multi-tenant occupancy,
and the repositioning of mid- and high-rise buildings
in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Washington D.C. The firm's commercial interiors include facilities for the New York Foundation, Mitsui Fudosan, the Rockefeller Group Development Corporation and Chase Bank.
