This 5000-unit 1960s-vintage residential
complex on 40 acres is well located to take advantage of the city's predicted growth in population and workers' need to live closer to transit and employment. Its owners sought to reposition the buildings and grounds as a desirable home for urban middle-class families. A new tower, kiosk, and integrated retail storefronts create a grand entrance and a new "face" for the complex.
Having prepared a master plan, Rosen Johnson Architects is assisting in the first phases of implementation. |
